WiggleLabz Return & Refund Policy

At WiggleLabz, we want you to be thrilled with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email us at support@wigglelabz.co.uk to request a Return Authorisation.
Returns sent without prior approval may experience delays in processing.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all parts/packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until received and inspected by us.


Return Postage

  • Buyer pays return postage for all change-of-mind or incorrect-choice returns.

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping or offer a replacement/refund without requiring a return (depending on the situation).


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@wigglelabz.co.uk, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Clearance or last-chance items

  • Items displaying wear, damage, or signs of use


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wigglelabz.co.uk with photos.
We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
