Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (holidays, new launches, TikTok spikes), processing may take slightly longer — but we always work hard to get your order out quickly.
If your item requires customisation or special handling, additional time may be needed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship primarily via Royal Mail and occasionally via other trusted couriers.
Estimated delivery times:

UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

International Tracked: 5–10 business days
(Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services and customs.)
Order Tracking
If you select a tracked shipping option, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Standard/untracked services do not include tracking.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
WiggleLabz is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@wigglelabz.co.uk — we can often fix it before the order ships.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wigglelabz.co.uk with photos, and we’ll quickly resolve the issue.
